Technip signs EPC for Petroplus Refinery

Technip has signed an EPC contract with their alliance partner
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc, for a 7 million SCFD hydrogen facility
for their “Over-The-Fence” facility for the Petroplus
Refinery at Cressier in Switzerland.
This unit will be based on a standard design which was developed
jointly by Technip and Air Products for this size range of plant.
This will be a fully modularized plant to be built in a yard, to
be shipped after full testing to reduce erection and commissioning
periods.
The contract will be executed by an integrated project team comprising
Air Products’ and Technip’s specialists based in The
Hague.
