Intel changes ME management structure
Posted: 15 January 2004
Intel Corporation has made changes to its management structure
in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region.
Aysegul Ildeniz, Intel’s Country Manager for Turkey, will
be acting Territory Manager for the region to replace Rod Oshea,
Intel’s Regional Director, who has moved back to the UK for
urgent family reasons.
Aysegul has been with Intel for five years, and prior to becoming
Country Manager, she has been the regional marketing manager for
Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa Region. She will be carrying
out her new functions from her current base in Istanbul, Turkey.
“We wish Rod the best of luck in the months ahead”
said Dave King, Regional Director of Intel Eastern Europe, the Middle
East and Africa, “and as Aysegul has a wealth of experience
we are very confident that she will be successfully supporting our
business and leverage the growth potential that we see in the desktop,
mobile and server segments throughout this region”.
Intel, the world’s largest chip maker, is also a leading
manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products.
