The scope of work for in the Nubaria project includes design, fabrication, shop testing, delivery, site installation, testing, commissioning and start up of a wide range of water and wastewater units for the power plant. These include pre-treatment of the Nubaria Canal water (ultimately fed by the River Nile), a range of chemical injection systems, potable water system, high purity demineralised water, neutralisation system, oil/water separation, domestic waste and industrial waste treatment systems for reuse of its effluent for irrigation.

Metito will also provide both overseas and local training for engineers and other operating staff of the power plant allowing them to effectively use and optimise the high tech equipment being put in place.
