Offshore upcoming workload for Midnight Wrangler

Torch Offshore, Inc announced two upcoming projects for the Midnight
Wrangler with total revenues approximated at $4.3 million.
The Midnight Wrangler, a 341-foot DP-2 deepwater pipelay and subsea
construction vessel, has been utilized by the Company in various
types of construction projects, including deepwater pipelay, and
has the capabilities to work in water depths up to 8,000 feet.
The Midnight Wrangler has been contracted to install post lay mattresses
at 49 pipeline crossings at 33 locations in the Gulf of Mexico as
part of the Cameron Highway Oil Pipeline System. The vessel will
install these mattresses in water depths ranging from 207 feet to
485 feet in the area from Ship Shoal 332 to Garden Banks 72 and
from Garden Banks 72 to High Island A5. The job is expected to generate
approximately 30 days of utilization for the vessel.
In addition, the vessel has been contracted to perform a deepwater
pipelay job. The Midnight Wrangler will install 55,000 feet of flowlines
and umbilicals in water depths ranging from 780 feet to 1,900 feet
at Ewing Banks. In addition, the Midnight Hunter will provide support
on the job by installing the I-tube and performing the riser tie-in.

in the coming months."
