Cal Dive International, Inc will participate in the Sidoti &
Company Eighth Annual Emerging Growth Institutional Investor Forum
April 21 and 22, 2004.
The forum is being held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan,
New York.
CDI Vice Chairman Jim Nelson will make a presentation on Wednesday,
April 21, 2004 at 9:05 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time).
