Exxon
Mobil Corporation senior management changes

Exxon Mobil Corporation announced several senior management changes.
Frank A. Risch, vice president and treasurer of the corporation,
has elected to retire after nearly 38 years of service, effective
June 30, 2004. Mr. Risch joined the company in 1966 and was elected
a vice president and treasurer in January 1999.
It is anticipated
that the board of directors will make the following elections,
effective July 1, 2004:
Donald D. Humphreys will replace Mr. Risch as vice president and
treasurer. Mr. Humphreys is currently vice president and controller
of ExxonMobil. Mr. Humphreys joined the company in 1976 and was
elected vice president and controller in 1997.
Patrick T. Mulva, who has been vice president for Investor Relations
and secretary of the corporation since February 2002, will assume
Mr. Humphreys' responsibilities as vice president and controller.
Mr. Mulva has 28 years of service with the company.
Mr. Mulva will
be succeeded as vice president of Investor Relations and secretary
of the corporation by Henry H. Hubble, currently
general manager of Operations and Best Practices, ExxonMobil Refining & Supply
Company, Fairfax, Va. Mr. Hubble joined the company in 1975 and
