ADNOC’s products attract visitors during Iran Oil Show

ADNOC and its Group Companies participated in “Iran Oil Show”, held in the Iranian capital, Tehran, from 6th to 9th of July 2004, with a participation of more than 1050 local and international companies.
Laying over more than 32,000 square meters, the Show was inaugurated by Mohamed Khatami, Iranian President. The delegation of ADNOC and its Group Companies’ was represented from ADNOC by Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Public Relations Division Manager (Acting), Adel Al Fahim, Multimedia and Publication Department A/Head, Hashem Askar, Media Officer, from Borouge by Trevor Robinson, Senior Sales Manager, and from NPCC by Pasha Pour Yousefi, Branch Manager Iran Office.
Though it participated for the first time, ADNOC and its Group Companies’ pavilion was awarded the first prize by organizers. Everyone praised the good order, and admired the way material was presented flavoured by the hospitality of ADNOC team and promptness in addressing all queries about ADNOC and its group companies in particular or the oil sector in the UAE in general. Thus ADNOC team deserved to be described as Ambassadors without missions.
Multinational visitors expressed their appreciation for the material and posters presented in the pavilion whether in terms of printing quality or the value of contents, which reflected ADNOC and its Group Companies’ concern in HSE and how they encouraged environment friendly methods to maintain a better world. It was notable that the table allocated for reading ADNOC’s publications were never vacant, which was an added value to the generosity of ADNOC and its Group Companies’ team.
It is worth mentioning that ADNOC and its Group Companies Pavilion attracted VIPs and senior officials in the oil sector such as the Iranian Oil Minister and his Syrian counterpart, Iranian Oil Ministry Undersecretary and other dignitaries who expressed their admiration of the marketing style of ADNOC and its Group Companies’ products as well as the quality of such products like engine oil, Polyethylene and others. This underlined that ADNOC’s participation in that Show was successful.
The Show concluded by a conference, which addressed many oil related issues as well the prospects of oil and gas in Iran, the role of Iranian companies in the prosperity of the country, and inviting foreign companies to invest in the Iranian oil sector. The Show was successful in terms of order or number of participants when more than 35 countries took role in the Show after reserving 13 halls, and in terms of attendance where the number of attendees exceeded 80,000 people.
