SMC-Wellube Middle East Ltd, are providers of specialist engineering services and products to a diverse range of industries. Our range of services is directed at maintaining plant operability, by allowing intervention work to be carried out with the minimum loss of production, in a safe and cost efficient manner. Utilising many years combined experience, our team of professional graduate engineers and highly skilled technicians utilise operational experience backed by substantial R & D, to provide innovative solutions to meet our client's most demanding challenges.
Our regional Head Office is located within Jebel Ali free Zone, Dubai. In addition, Regional Managers are based throughout the Middle East, operating with the full support of our Head Office together with our local Agents who provide workshop and other essential services.

Additionally, our services are utilised to safeguard plant integrity, reducing unplanned emissions, imperative to minimise environmental pollution, and above all, eliminating hazardous risks to personnel.
We realise that no two jobs are the same and that every one of our clients will have unique demands. Accordingly, Wellube have built a team experienced in a wide range of our Specialist Engineering disciplines, capable of applying innovative ideas to your projects. When this approach is combined with the efficiencies gained and the cost savings made through Wellube’s ability to provide an integrated, multi-skilled workforce under a single interface, the results provide benefits to all involved. This approach allows us to reduce our existing manning levels by adding our resources to the project core group. Cross over training is also carried out within the core group allowing long term costs to be controlled. By providing a single source for all the labour and equipment required efficiency gains are made by ensuring that Technicians and Equipment arrive on site together. When linked to a simplified contract management system designed to reduce administration and invoicing procedures, we can meet the challenges faced by our industry of having to develop strategies, which lead to the reduction of production costs.

In our Management team we have over 100 years of combined experience in our specialist services, supported by an Engineering team of the highest competence and our Field Service Staff.
All our Staff receive the highest levels of training both in the theoretical and practical aspects of their trade to ensure that our customers expectations are met in full. Ongoing assessments of all our staff are carried out on a prescribed schedule with our field staff issued with certification showing their competency levels in those disciplines they are engaged. They are, quite simply, “the best”.
