Metelco FZE Call Management System launch for Middle East

CTI Data Solutions (part of the CTI Group Holdings), an innovator of enterprise–wide software engines and systems in the information technology industry, has announced that it has appointed Metelco (Middle East Telecoms Company) to be its representative in the Middle East. Metelco FZE was established at the Iraqi Business Centre (IBC), an initiative driven by HH General Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum at the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority. With offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi serving the regional market, Metelco will focus on the provision, implementation, support and training for CTI’s market leading Proteus call management system.

Raad Jaboori, Managing Director, Metelco was previously appointed at CIT Data Solutions in the UK and spent several years as a senior sales manager, gaining sound experience of Proteus and its market appeal. “The level of business activity is expanding in this region at a rapid rate and therefore the need to manage the increasing amount of call data is also becoming important. There is a strong demand for best practice call management systems in the Middle East and I am confident Proteus will be well received,” said Jaboori.
