Technip Disposal of offshore mooring business in GoM

Within the framework of its non-core asset disposal programme, Technip sold on October 27, 2004 its mooring division to Acteon, a global group of specialist sub sea engineering companies.The transaction covers the business and assets based in Louisiana and overseas.
