Opec talks on schedule

Opec ministers will hold their next meeting on January 30, despite Iraqi calls to postpone until after its proposed elections, according to Kuwait 's Energy Minister Sheikh Ahmed Fahd Al Sabah Al Ghadban. Technical matters relating to flight bookings meant the meeting could not be delayed, he said.
