HP has announced its participation as Gold Sponsor at Intel Developer Forum taking place on Tuesday 10 May in Cairo . HP will also be providing prominent support throughout the event, as well as a keynote speaker.
For the past decade HP and Intel have shared technology and engineering resources in developing and advancing the Itanium2 processor family, and the EPIC (Extensively Parallel Instruction Computing). At this week’s event, HP will be highlighting this close relationship to an audience of more than 1000 developers; ranging from enterprise developers, software architects, software engineers, web developers to web development mangers.
“We have been building on our long-term relationship with Intel for many years. In combining HP’s strengths in platforms, storage, access devices and services and Intel processors and compilers technologies, we are providing the developer community with the very best access and support needed to successfully build and deliver more productive solutions,” said Yasser Ragaei, Category & Marketing Manager, Business Critical Systems, HP Middle East.
For the duration of the conference there will be opportunities for the developer community to become members of the HP Developer & Solution Partner Programme (DSPP). This worldwide initiative has been designed to help independent software vendors (ISVs), developers, and system integrators (SIs), create unique solutions across the broad spectrum of HP's platforms and operating systems. The goal of the programme is to match high-quality services with each member’s specific development cycle, marketing, and sales needs.
