Derek Clark Appointed Business Development Manager – USA & Latin America Region For BJ Process And Pipeline Services

BJ Pr ocess and Pipeline Services announced that Derek Clark has been appointed business development manager for the USA & Latin America Region.
In his new role, Clark oversees all aspects of BJ PPS business development initiatives throughout the United States and Latin America .
Tasked with generating sales of process and pipeline services, Clark will be dedicating a great deal of attention and energy to building relationships with existing and prospective clients in the region.
With 28 years experience in engineering, 18 of which have been in the oil and gas industry, Clark brings in-depth knowledge of all aspects of process and pipeline management services, with particular emphasis on design and project engineering, business development, operations and finance.
Most recently, he worked as business development manager – Northern Europe and West Africa for BJ PPS in the United Kingdom.
Before joining BJ PPS, Clark served as director of land pipeline and industrial services for an international pipeline and process service company.
Previously, he was general manager of Pipeline Integrity International’s facility in Montrose , Scotland.
Over time, Clark has worked for a number of companies in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in a variety of engineering, marketing and operational roles around the world, including the United Kingdom , United States , the Middle East , Europe and Africa.
A Chartered Engineer, Clark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Abertay in Dundee , Scotland.
Clark is based at the BJ PPS headquarters in Houston , and reports directly to Martyn Bates, region manager – USA & Latin America Region for BJ PPS.
