Trading volume of LUKOIL securities on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for the last three years has totaled about US$50 billion.

LUKOIL was the first Russian company to obtain full secondary listing on LSE in August, 2002.

LUKOIL securities trading volume on LSE in July, 2005, was US$3.3 billion being a historical maximum since the beginning of the trade.

LUKOIL securities remain the most liquid among the oversees issuers on LSE since 2004 (IOB trading system).

This indicates that LUKOIL acts in full compliance with the LSE regulations that require a high level of transparency through the most complete disclosure of information and submission of reports and accounts under international standards on a regular basis.
