Turnkey contract for LPG project

US company CB&I has been awarded a turnkey contract to design and build liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks and a pentane tank for the natural gas processing expansion project in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi , UAE. The contract is worth in excess of $130 million.
CB&I's contract is with Snamprogetti, prime EPC contractor for the Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (Gasco), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Gasco is expanding the existing facility at Ruwais that processes associated and non-associated gas from onshore oil production into natural gas liquids for export.
