The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) announced an increased demand
for the 28 Executive Serviced Offices (ESO) housed on the seventh
floor of the Trade Centre Tower that are available for lease on
an annual, monthly, weekly or daily basis.
“In 1987, we pioneered the concept of providing fully-furnished
and equipped offices for immediate use in the UAE by offering private,
well-appointed workplaces ranging from 160 to 415 square feet, with
flexible leasing terms and low overhead costs,” said DWTC
Assistant General Manager (Acting), Abdulla T. Qassem.
He noted that demand for the ESO’s has grown significantly
as these offices offer an ideal choice for a small, efficient support
base for companies new to the region and still seeking a permanent
location. “ESO has provided support to new businesses and
encouraged an increasing number of international firms to choose
Dubai. Each office is supported by a team of efficient receptionists
and secretarial staff who provide word-processing, fax and message-taking
requirements,” said Mr. Qassem.
Among the facilities available for use by ESO tenants include a
conference room, IDD telephones and ample parking spaces.
Firms that have used the ESOs as a facilitator include Ascend Technologies,
Dell Computers, Lindt Chocolate, One Click Solutions, Sakher Software,
Symbol Technologies, Tag Heuer and World Gold Council as well as
numerous medium sized firms that have used the ESO as a springboard
to expansion.
Whether an independent consultant, an international company looking
to set up a regional office in the Middle East, or a company wishing
to expand its existing operation in the region, the ESOs provide
a truly professional working environment to reflect a company’s
corporate image.
“Companies making their debut in the region, can consider
an all-in-one leasing option by opting for the ESOs,” remarked
Mr. Qassem.
The DWTC is one of Dubai’s leading commercial property managers.
The property managing activities are complemented by four key business
pursuits represented by the Dubai International Convention Centre,
the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, the Dubai International
Catering Centre and the Dubai International Hotel Apartments.
ESOs are conveniently priced from AED 4,000 to AED 6,750 per month
depending on size and requirements and a full range of additional
facilities are made available including daily housekeeping services,
use of a dedicated post box number (for annual tenants only), conference
room facility, provision of telephone, incorporating main reception
number and private IDD line, reception and message-taking services,
collection and distribution of incoming mail, fax and telex transmissions
as well as complimentary tea and coffee.
Alongside Dubai’s growth as a commercial centre and increasing
awareness of the opportunities it presents the demand for ESOs has
increased substantially.
