Paradigm demonstrates its unique trace-to-target workflows incorporating
innovative products and technologies at EAGE 2003.
The show is expected to expose thousands to Paradigm’s exciting
E&P solutions
Paradigm, the premier provider of advanced petroleum geoscience
and drilling technology to the oil and gas exploration and production
industry, is showing a multitude of exciting products and technologies
at this year’s EAGE, presented through its unique Trace-to-Target
workflows.
Special focus will be on the latest release of the industry-leading
Geolog Log Management, Correlation and Petrophysics system.
This is the first Paradigm offering to run on the advanced epos
3.0 data management and interoperability integration framework,
which provides a common solution enabling users to move seamlessly
between Paradigm products, and directly access proprietary and third-party
data repositories.
The spotlight will also be on Paradigm’s unique Geosteering
technology, which enables integrated well planning at the well,
seismic and reservoir scales.
Paradigm Geosteering provides a powerful interpretation capability
that integrates geological and drilling workflows, and includes
full support for the WITSML standard for real-time data management.
Paradigm’s ability to promote collaboration between multi-disciplinary
teams is also presented in an exciting demo showing how interpreters
and drilling engineers can work together to perform volume-based
interpretation for optimal well bore positioning.
Paradigm’s Trace-to-Target integrated workflows, which maximise
the benefits of cross-discipline integration from seismic trace
to drilling target, will be presented using real case studies.
Paradigm’s leadership in the interpretation and visualisation
market will be demonstrated through a comprehensive workflow incorporating
the industry-leading VoxelGeo volume-based seismic interpretation
solution and Reservoir Navigator 3D visualisation canvas, as well
as the highly popular 3D Propagator autotracker and Paradigm’s
new seismic data attribute packages.
Additional demos will include reservoir characterisation workflows,
as well as workflows for AVO processing, analysis and inversion.
Three services case studies will be presented: Imaging through
Shallow Gas, Sub-Salt Imaging using Pre-Stack Depth Migration with
the Aid of Gravity Modeling, and Thrust Fault Imaging.
“The EAGE is traditionally a major forum for presenting new
developments for the E&P industry,” said Steve Hunt, Managing
Director, EAME. “We are pleased to continue the Paradigm tradition
of showing our leading-edge technologies and comprehensive workflows
at this year’s show in Stavanger. We invite all our customers
and colleagues to visit our booth, enjoy our hospitality, and see
tomorrow’s solutions today.”
Presentations may be seen throughout the show, at booth 201, entrance
to Hall J.
