Natural Gas Services Group expands board

Natural Gas Services Group, Inc a leading provider of equipment
and services to the natural gas and oil industry, announces it has
expanded its Board of Directors to include Gene A. Strasheim, a
financial consultant to Skyline Electronics/ Products, and Richard
L. Yadon, President of Midland Pipe & Equipment, Inc.
Shareholders voted approval of these new board members at the Annual
Shareholders Meeting held June 18, 2003, in Midland, Texas.
With the addition of these two independent directors, Natural Gas
Services Group, Inc. board now has seven members, five of whom are
independent.
Gene A. Strasheim is a financial consultant to Skyline Electronics-
Products — a manufacturer of circuit boards.
From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Strasheim was Chief Financial Officer of
Skyline Electronics-Products.
Mr. Strasheim has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in
three states and has a BS degree from the University of Wyoming.
Richard L. Yadon is one of the original founders of Rotary Gas
Systems, Inc. and has served as advisor to the Natural Gas Board
of Directors.
since June 2002. Since 1981, Mr. Yadon has owned and operated Yadeco
Pipe & Equipment and since December 1994, has co-owned and is
President of Midland Pipe & Equipment, Inc.
Mr. Yadon has 22 years experience in the energy service industry.
Messrs. Strasheim and Yadon joined Charles G. Curtis, James T.
Grigsby, Wallace O. Sellers, Scott W. Sparkman and Wayne L. Vinson
as Board members.
Wayne Vinson, President and CEO, stated, "These two industry
leaders are great additions to our board and we are delighted to
have them both. Gene’s financial background and experience
will serve us well as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.
Rick’s solid business background and energy service expertise
