Lundin Petroleum resumes drilling in Aquitaine Basin, France

Lundin Petroleum AB announced that development drilling operations
have resumed in the Aquitaine Basin, onshore France.
The Les Pins-5 development well has spudded on the Les Pins field
operated by Esso Rep.
Lundin Petroleum holds three Production and one Exploration licences
in the Aquitaine Basin with a 50 per cent working interest.
The remaining 50 per cent interest is held by Esso. Current Lundin
Petroleum’s net production in the Aquitaine Basin is 1,150
bopd (approximately 28 per cent of Lundin Petroleum’s total
production in France) and net remaining proven and probable reserves
are 10 million barrels.
