Over the past 5 years, Invsat Limited, the UK-based telecommunications
systems integrator has forged strong partnership links with Riyadh-headquartered
Almisehal Group, a leading supplier of high technology systems and
services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This relationship enables the provision of integrated VSAT solutions
networks in both onshore and offshore environments across the region.
Invsat’s primary role is to design the complex voice and
data satellite VPN solutions, whilst Almisehal provides the in-kingdom
support, supplying local expertise, infrastructure and manpower
for its key contracts in the kingdom.
The Almisehal / Invsat partnership currently manages a number of
VSAT solutions for clients in the Oil and Gas Sector. The largest
of these, operated on behalf of a major oil company in Saudi Arabia,
has in excess of 40 remote locations.
The mix of (onshore and offshore), seismic, drilling and operational
sites addressed by this network keeps the Almisehal 24 hour / 7
day Service Management Center busy with day to day moves and changes.
The Invsat / Almisehal partnership is key to delivering an end
to end solution for the client.
