Zamil Air Conditioners blow into Lebanon

Posted: 13 October 2003

Zamil Air Conditioners (ZAC), a leading international manufacturer of air conditioning systems and the Middle East’s market leader, is sending a wave of cool air into Lebanon with the introduction of Cooline Air Conditioners to the Lebanese market and hopes to capture 30 per cent of the market within 5 years.

“Our appointment of Adel Bou Habib & Company as our Lebanese distributor paves the way for the entry of our Cooline international flagship brand of air conditioners to Lebanon, in a move that increases our geographic reach which already spans more than 40 countries worldwide,” said Shaker Almoussa, General Manager, Cooline.

Established in 1971, Adel Bou Habib & Company is a family owned business dealing in sanitary, plumbing and heating products. Its appointment by Cooline is set to create a high level of exposure of the market leading brand to consumers and contractors in the Lebanese marketplace as well as in neighboring Syria, Jordan and Cyprus.

“Cooline remains active in winning new prestigious projects in the region as well as internationally, and this appointment is set to further increase our reach with the launch of Cooline in Lebanon,” said Balazs Garamvolgyi, Brand Manager, Cooline.
