The HOVENSA refinery receives and processes crude oils from all

generating capacity by approximately 14 per cent.

equipment, process piping and valves, a TEWAC generator, lube oil
skid, water-cooling facilities, control system and balance-of-plant
design and materials. The contract with Conmec, the sole responsible

and P2S/Fluor.
The GE equipment will be built in Easton, Pa. and Peterborough,
Ontario, Canada and shipped to the project site between July 2004
and January 2005. The power recovery facility is scheduled to begin
operation in March 2005.
