PCT Group manufactures a wide range of material handling equipment which can be used in hazardous areas. Founded in Scotland in October 1970 as a distribution company catering for the requirements of the North Sea oil industry, the Group has expanded over the past three decades into a manufacturer of products to satisfy the requirements of the world market.
In the UAE, the company has a facility in Jebel Ali and has forged a partnership with Abu Dhabi Technical Equipment Company, formed in 1990, to pursue business in Abu Dhabi. In 2004, the company opened an office in Baku to meet demand from the offshore industry in the Caspian.
From its manufacturing facilities in the UK, France and UAE, the company offers one of the widest ranges of materials handling equipment for hazardous areas in the world, made up of three of the longest established names in lifting: King Hoists, Matterson Cranes and Victory International.
